Backburner Southwest Crema
A Dip For Fries, Raw Veggies and More
Chef Krisine created this delicious crema to use for dipping vegetables and topping fries.
Ingredients:
24 ounces sour cream
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
Juice of 1 large lime (approx. 1.5 ounces)
Fresh cilantro
Green onion
Preparation:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl
Top with fresh cilantro and green onion
Recommended Serving ideas:
French fries
Sweet potato fries
Raw carrots, celery, peppers, cauliflower and broccoli
Drizzle on tacos
