Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl

  2. Top with fresh cilantro and green onion

Recommended Serving ideas:

  • French fries

  • Sweet potato fries

  • Raw carrots, celery, peppers, cauliflower and broccoli

  • Drizzle on tacos
